Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ (2009-Present)

Collaborating on an artificial intelligence tutoring system. Includes development work with Javascript (the Dojo toolkit), a Lisp based server, and multiple databases. It also involves research into which user interface features are most effective.

Web Developer/Entrepreneur

Contract work/Partnerships(2008-2009)

Partnered with an Economist in developing a Veterinary Consulting firm. Built software to analyze the clinics sales and represent it graphically for clear presentation. Ran successful trials in 18 clinics, however negotiations with pharmaceutical companies came to a standstill.

At the same time developed projects in connection with Sunswing Media involving many content management systems: most notably Expression Engine, Wordpress, and Magento. Also extensive custom work with PHP and MySQL to build shopping carts and database driven sites. Dabbled in other startups, from social media to ATV supply sales.

Helped create and develop the Bachelors Program in Web Design writing curriculum for 3 courses and teaching HTML, CSS, Flash, Actionscript, and Photoshop/Design. Janmedia Interactive, Falls Church, VA (2007-2008)

Worked mostly with XSL, XSLT as part of Rainforest, a J2EE system. Each design was built up to standards and was optimized for search engines. Also limited work in Photoshop and design. Extensive HTML and CSS work.

Teaching/Research Assistant

Brigham Young University, Provo, UT 2004-2006

Achieved highest scores in Logic and was requested as a teaching assistant. In that capacity tutored students and taught reviews. Review sessions were extremely popular because they were easy for students who had difficulty with the subject to understand.

Acknowledged in Professor Grandy's "The Speed of Light: Constancy + Cosmos". This involved researching sources on Einstenian physics and Phenomenology to help enrich the book, as well as giving feedback and editing.
